How We Got Here
GLP & Sons, Inc. was founded in 2019 by brothers Eric and Elton Paul with a clear conviction: the construction industry needs firms that combine institutional-grade execution with entrepreneurial accountability. Eric brings an engineering background and deep expertise in project delivery, while Elton contributes an MBA and operations perspective that keeps every engagement on schedule and on budget.

From their first project, the brothers built GLP & Sons on a foundation of faith, integrity, and servant leadership. Eric Paul
Eric Paul brings an engineering background and hands-on project delivery expertise to every GLP & Sons engagement. His focus on technical precision and quality control ensures that infrastructure, flood protection, and construction management projects meet the highest institutional standards from mobilization through close-out.
Elton Paul
Elton Paul holds an MBA and leads operations, client relationships, and business development at GLP & Sons. His strategic oversight ensures every project is delivered on schedule and on budget, while his commitment to transparent communication keeps clients informed and confident from first bid to final walkthrough.
Gibson & Lucy Paul
GLP & Sons is named in honor of Gibson and Lucy Paul, the founders' parents, who immigrated from the Caribbean and built a life in the United States on the values of hard work, faith, and service to others. Their example set the standard for everything the firm represents today.
The name carries a promise: to build something that honors the generation before and creates opportunity for the generation after. Gibson and Lucy Paul taught their sons that integrity is not a business strategy — it is a way of life.
