GLP & Sons is a licensed General Contractor that partners with our clients to bring their vision and goals to life. We primarily work with infrastructure development, urban development, healthcare, and environmental projects.

Pre-Construction

GLP will work with the client to evaluate project goals, develop budgetary cost and schedule estimates; and assist in the expediting and filing for all required permits. We will also identify early pre-purchase opportunities and establish bidding and buy out schedules.

Construction

Once Construction begins, GLP will establish site safety and logistics plans along with QA/QC measures that will be implemented throughout the construction phase. Our team will oversee the execution of all work from mobilization to project turnover and close out. As the GC, we will conduct and coordinate meetings with all contractors and design consultants. GLP will manage the schedule, scope, and cost to ensure all three are in alignment with client directives.

Project Close Out

Once the project reaches substantial completion, GLP will assist with equipment testing, commissioning, punch list preparation, and reconciliations of all financials. Project Hand Off will include all manufacturer and third party warranties and electronic file archiving of all related construction documents.
